"HORN OF SALVADOR DALÍ“
Sculpture made from a rare mellophonium and white gold outgrowths. The hand-struck silver plate comes from Italy. It was inspired by Dalí's oil painting "APPARITION OF THE TOWN OF DELFT". The instrument which is - in accordance with surrealistic nightmares - penetrated by wooden excesses, is "ossified" itself. It dissolves, cracks and becomes one with the organic form of nature.

"HORN OF SALVADOR DALÍ“
Skulptur aus einem seltenem Mellophon und Weißgoldauswüchsen. Das handgeschlagene Silberschild stammt aus Italien. Inspiriert wurde es durch Dalís Ölgemälde „ERSCHEINUNG DER STADT DELFT“. Das Instrument wird entsprechend surrealistischer Alpträume von hölzernen Auswüchsen durchdrungen und selber "verknöchert". Dabei löst sie sich auf, erfährt eine Metamorphose zum Baum, bekommt Auswüchse und wird eins mit der organischen Form der Natur.
