"SELTENE PARISER OBOE VON ARSÈNE-ZOË LECOMTE c1870 BEI KERZENSCHEIN"

Skulptur mit historischer, sehr seltener Oboe (Erbauer Arsène-Zoë Lecomte, Paris ca. 1870) auf antiken Büchern wie einer Pariser Bibel sowie eine Bibel mit Beschlägen und blindgeprägtem Lederholzdeckel von ca. 1570.

Die Unmöglichkeit des Schmelzens der Palisanderoboe durch die Wärme des geschmolzenen Kerzenwachses bringt einen gedanklichen Konflikt hervor, der durch diese surrealistische Irrationalität genährt wird. Dieses Spannungsfeld zwischen atmosphärischem Kerzenlicht und dem Flair vergangener Zeiten sowie dem dazu in Kontrast stehenden Tropfen von Holz und Silber fungiert als Antriebsfeder, über die der Betrachter in neue Gedankenwelten mitgenommen wird und den Surrealismus spielerisch selbst erforschen kann.

Es kann auf Wunsch auch eine individuelle Skulptur angefertigt werden.

The impossibility of melting the rosewood oboe by the heat of the candle creates a mental conflict that comes from this surrealist irrationality. This tension between atmospheric candlelight and the flair of bygone times as well as the contrasting drops of wood and metal act as a driving force through which the viewer is taken into new worlds of thought and can playfully explore surrealism himself.

This sculpture is unique similar with the others. Another individual sculpture can be made on request, too.
