Hiding_we see you
Handgemaltes Acrylbild, 90x60 cm
Mit einem freundlichen Lächeln zieht dieses Orang-Utan Weibchen die Betrachtenden in seinen Bann. Ich mochte das Foto von Anfang an, aber mein Wunsch genau dieses Bild malen zu wollen entstand, als ich ein Detail entdeckte, das ich zunächst übersehen hatte: Unscharf, überspielt von Licht-und Farbreflexen schmiegt sich ein Baby an den Körper der Mutter. „Hiding_we see you“, zwei Orang-Utans, verdeckt und doch sichtbar im dichten Grün des Dschungels.

Zum Schutz des Bildes habe ich einen leicht glänzenden Abschlussfirnis aufgetragen.

With a friendly smile, this female orangutan captivates the viewer. I liked the photo right from the start, but my desire to paint exactly this picture arose when I discovered a detail that I had initially overlooked: out of focus, overplayed by light and color reflections, a baby nestles against the mother's body. "Hiding_we see you", two orangutans, hidden and yet visible in the dense green of the jungle.
