This three-part series explores the gentle transition from autumn to winter. Birds, flowers, and ornamental foliage appear quieter and more contained, reflecting the slowing rhythm of nature as warmth fades and stillness approaches. Rich autumn tones gradually soften into cooler hues, while decorative patterns become calmer and more spacious. Inspired by traditional folk art, the works capture this in-between moment—when color remains, but movement begins to rest—reimagined through a contemporary folk visual language.
